Shrinkify Terms of Service

Shrinkify provides high-speed automated image optimization, conversion (WebP, AVIF, PNG, JPEG), and compression tooling delivered via:

Registered accounts receive unique API keys to link their WordPress sites or software backends to Shrinkify.

• You are responsible for safeguarding your API keys and credentials against unauthorized disclosure.
• Any API activity originating from your unique key is attributed directly to your account.
• If you suspect a compromised key, you may instantly regenerate it inside your Shrinkify dashboard.

Shrinkify offers both free and paid plans:

Unused plan credits reset according to the plan schedule and do not carry over indefinitely into future billing cycles.

You agree not to use Shrinkify for any unlawful or abusive activities, including:

• Uploading malware, malicious code payloads, or steganographic exploit files.
• Conducting automated distributed denial-of-service (DDoS) attacks against our API endpoints.
• Attempting to reverse engineer or circumvent quota verification routines.

Shrinkify is not liable for data loss, accidental file deletions, or hosting provider hardware failures resulting from unbacked-up server modifications.

Shrinkify services are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Shrinkify and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the platform.
